Maintenance Support Specialist Jobs Vacancy in General Dynamics Information Technology Kuwait City Jobs Details:
Provide Brigade staff level support for material maintenance operations within the 160th Signal Brigade organization, using required knowledge of Army regulations and applicable manuals. Perform the following functions: Update the Brigade Maintenance Standing Operating Procedure (SOP) reflecting Brigade and applicable regulations listed in Appendix A of the PWS for COR review and approval Ensure timely and accurate Army Material Status System reporting; subordinate units are reporting by Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and Military Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) Unit Identification Codes (UIC); units are configuring equipment correctly IAW AR 700-138, Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability, Table B-2 and Department of the Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 750-8, The Army Maintenance Management Systems (TAMMS) Users Manual; and units are performing required reconciliation between unit property book and Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) IAW AR 710-2, Supply Policy Below the National Level. Assess maintenance operations to ensure that they are conducted IAW the environmental security provisions of AR 200-1, Environmental Protection and Enhancement, and the underlying Federal, State, and local laws and directives. Ensure all non-tactical vehicle fleets are being tracked and maintained, IAW the SOP and AR 58-1, Management, Acquisition, and Use of Motor Vehicles. Provide support for exchange pricing and ensure recoverable management is being conducted for all subordinate units. Coordinate with all subordinate units, as tasked by the COR, to ensure that they are accessing, updating and reporting Modified Work Orders (MWO) applied through the modification management information system (MMIS). The Contractor shall provide MWO Reports. Provide subject matter expert assistance in the government's management and oversight of the current Brigades warranty program.
Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
Must have SAMMS-E Certification.
Qualifications 0-2 years of related Maintenance experience.
Must have acitve U.S. Secret clearance. Must be U.S. citizen.
