- Manage work orders thru email and responds to emails for service requirements.
- Scheduling jobs and assigning to crew.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle/resolve customer requests.
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Other office duties as needed.
- 1 Year General Office Experience.
- 1 Year Dispatch.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Bookkeeping ability a plus.
