Your new company Hays are currently working alongside a leading Multinational company based in Kuwait, in search of a Talent Manager. With over 20,000 employee’s worldwide you will join a this award winning business where you will design and implement the Talent Acquisition and career development strategy for the organisation. Your new role As the Talent Manager you will be responsible for managing the talent management process, policies and systems ensuring a robust talent pipeline is created. You will develop the Learning and Development portfolio ensuring learning programs are aligned to management and organisational goals. Career paths will be defined and you will create clear career progression models and align with performance management frameworks. Develop recruitment strategies and high impact learning strategies that enhance business performance. Work in partnership with the business to identify business needs and provide solutions utilizing key talent attraction methodologies and tools.
What you'll need to succeed Suitable candidates must have worked at a senior Recruitment or Talent Manager level with 10 years plus experience within Recruitment, talent management or L &D. Proven leadership and strong stakeholder management skills at strategic level. Experience of implementing Talent Management strategy across multiply business units is essential. Candidates ideally with have experience of FMCG, technology, logistics or constructions organisations.
