Entertainment Lead Jobs Vacancy in Vectrus Jobs Details:
Coordinate execution of logistical and coordination support for multiple, and simultaneous programs, events and community level activities other than AFE.
Maintains continuous liaison with Vectrus MWR Staff, ASG-KU Installation Commanders, Desert Camp Mayors and their MWR representatives to enhance cooperative efforts in administering local responsibilities for seamless MWR logistical support.
Directly coordinates with CENTAF (APOD / APOE) on all military air requirements to include flight arrival / departure times, manifesting of passengers and cargo.
Assists in the development of resource requirements and allocates them as necessary to support programmed events IAW contractual specifications.
Assists with oversight of section equipment with regard to servicing and supply requisitioning.
Provides coordination and full logistical support for DOD/USO Entertainment Troupes, to include transportation, installation badging, engineer support, medical, subsistence, and housing. Coordinates performance dates and site support issues with Camp Command Cells when required.
Tracks supply of information and publicity items to MWR Marketing & Media to ensure on time execution of contract deliverable items.
Tracks and maintains information with Entertainment Supervisor and COR(s)/USG to ensure accurate coordination reporting and itinerary creation.
Provides work direction to Entertainment Coordinators and Drivers as needed, and in the absence of the Entertainment Supervisor.
Must be willing to work on holidays, short notices, all shifts, overtime and assigned to any MWR location in Kuwait. Vacation scheduling will also be dictated by mission requirements and determined independent from spouse if applicable.
Performs other duties as required and directed by MWR Management. Duties include but not limited to: assisting other department sections to ensure mission requirements, working different shift patterns, and cross leveling into different MWR job titles and duties when directed.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Work may require heavy lifting up, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical or biological agents.
- Associates Degree in Program Development or related discipline preferred.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification from a nationally/internationally accredited agency is required within 60 days of hire.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Kuwait Driver’s license.
Acts as supervisor and provides oversight of Entertainment program in the absence of the Entertainment Supervisor
